What do you use for drawing?
I use a Wacom Intuos as my drawing tablet. And I mainly draw in Paintool SAI 1 and do the finishing touches in Photoshop.Will you be opening an online merch shop?

Terms Of Agreement
GENERAL
By accepting your current commission, you automatically agree to my terms of agreement whether you have read this or not.PAYMENTS
Payment can be through Paypal or BPI Bank transfer for PH residents. Artist will not start on the commission unless full payment is made.Payment plans are accepted for commissions over 100 USD. A portion (the 100 USD) must be paid upfront and the rest no longer than a month (30 days)DEADLINES, DELIVERY AND REVISIONS
Chibi and Icon commissions take me 2-4 weeks to finish while anything else takes me 3-10 weeks depending on difficulty. I will make sure to update you in case I am unable to meet a deadline usually because of health problems. An additional fee will be given if client wants to rush a commission.For the sake of transparency, artist will have 3 obligatory check-ins where in the client may ask for revisions per check-in.
Check in 1: Artist will show the sketch.
Check in 2: Artist will show the colored draft.
Check in 3: Artist will now show the final output.
Minor revisions per check in (eg. color adjustments, slight posture change, additional scars/horns, etc) is accepted but all out revision is not. If artist is asked to revise the entire work, there will be an extra fee. For the purpose of saving both artist's time and other clients' time, by the third major edit per check in an extra will fee be asked.GENERAL RIGHTS AND USAGE
By default, commissioned work is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Commissioned work may be used as a gift art, icon, or personal print. Client may also share and use it on social media as long as it is not for profit.
Client may wish to keep the commission private if requested.
If it is commercial use and they wish to keep it private, an additional price will be requested.
Artist owns the moral rights to the commissioned work.Artist has the right to post the commissioned art as samples.
Commissioned art CANNOT be used in any form of blockchain-related technology this includes NFT, cryptocurrency or any future inventions in the space. Using my art to feed AI database or any of the kind is strictly prohibited.
USAGE FOR COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial Rights for Streaming and Promotion: Right to use for Youtube, Twitch, Promotional Art, Assets or BGs for Streaming or any Online Media. This type of commercial right will be 2x original price range.
Commercial Rights for Merchandise Usage : Using my art Work for Merch Reproduction (Mugs, Downloadable Wallpaper, Stickers, etc), Video Games, Table Tops, etc. This type of commercial right will be 3x the original price range.
Full credit is required when using my art for commercial purposes.
REFUNDS
Commissions may be refunded before sketch is sent but afterwards there will be no refund.COMMUNICATION
Artist must know client's email and social media handle (twitter preferably) for communication. Please understand that due to time zone differences, it may take me awhile to answer especially if it is on a weekend.
